DELIVERY & RETURNS
We try to offer a prompt, value-for-money service and this is reflected in our keen delivery pricing, and a returns policy that means you can buy with confidence.
We aim to deliver your goods within 72 hours from receipt of your order ( subject to stock availability ). In the event that a particular item is temporarily out of stock, we will advise you accordingly and provide an estimated delivery date.
RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY
Risk in any Product shall pass to the Customer upon delivery. It shall be the responsibility of the customer to ensure products against all risks from the time of delivery.
You may cancel your purchase of goods by notifying LUXUMINUS by E-mail
firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of your order being placed.
You may return your purchase of goods within 7 days of date Goods received by sign-in express. The returned merchandise must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with garment tags still attached.
Note: if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods LUXUMINUS reserve the right not to accept your return. LUXUMINUS will refund your purchase price to you in full within 28 days of the receipt of your returned goods. Please note proof of postage is not proof of delivery.
Please obtain proof of postage from the Post Office in case your package fails to reach us. It is the responsibility of the customer to return items to LUXUMINUS and obtain suitable insurance for the value of goods enclosed.
